ANALISIS KESAN KEPIMPINAN TERHADAP LITERASI KEWANGAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KEWANGAN DALAM KALANGAN GENERASI MUDA

Literasi kewangan dalam kalangan generasi muda merupakan aspek kritikal dalam menjamin kesejahteraan kewangan yang mampan dan bertanggungjawab. Tahap literasi yang rendah menyebabkan generasi muda terjebak dengan palbagai masalah kewangan seperti muflis dan kadar berhutang yang tinggi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap literasi kewangan serta kesejahteraan kewangan dalam kalangan generasi muda, di samping meneliti pengaruh ciri kepimpinan terhadap literasi kewangan mereka. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan seramai 50 orang belia dari enam negara ASEAN sebagai responden. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan ialah borang soal selidik yang merangkumi tiga komponen utama iaitu literasi kewangan, kesejahteraan kewangan, dan ciri kepimpinan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap literasi kewangan dan kesejahteraan kewangan dalam kalangan belia berada pada tahap sederhana. Walau bagaimanapun, responden menunjukkan tahap ciri kepimpinan yang tinggi. Analisis statistik turut mendedahkan adanya hubungan positif yang sederhana antara tahap literasi kewangan dengan kesejahteraan kewangan. Ini membuktikan bahawa pengetahuan dan kemahiran kewangan yang kukuh mampu memberi kesan terhadap kestabilan kewangan individu. Justeru, kajian ini mencadangkan agar program pembangunan kepimpinan dan pendidikan kewangan diperkasakan dan diperluaskan, khususnya dalam kalangan belia ASEAN. Pendekatan ini bukan sahaja dapat mempertingkat literasi kewangan tetapi juga menyumbang ke arah pembentukan generasi muda yang lebih sejahtera dari segi kewangan secara menyeluruh dan berdaya tahan dalam menghadapi cabaran ekonomi masa kini.
