The data from 255 respondents from 3 different nearby communities in the Agri-farm were obtained through adapted questionnaires from the previous and past study. The study used descriptive method in determining the demographic characteristics of the respondents. In addition to it, the study proposed an economic action plan under the concept of impact analysis. It also used quantitative method and simple random sampling in the selection of respondents aided by ANOVA and T-test for the statistical processes of the results. The results indicated that all the sub-aspects of impact analysis were evident if impacts were measured toward the assessed effects. To further enhance the level of impact of the subject, it will then undergo an effective plan of action that the proponents have specifically crafted for JBT Agri-farm.
